Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain an effective relationship with key accounts, ensuring customer expectations are   met through proactive problem identification and resolution strategies.

· Work closely with General Manager on sales.

· Almost all leads are provided.

· Responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of potential customers.

· Will create accurate bids and proposals according to customer's needs as well as bid specifications.

· The ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

· Must be 18 years in age or older.

· Have a willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers as needed.

· Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.

· Must have the ability to work without close supervision.

· Must have computer skills, relationship building skills

· Construction experience
